1.Working Principle: 

The stamping machine operates on a crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism, driven by an electric motor which rotates the flywheel. Through the shaft and small gear, the large gear is driven, which in turn drives the crankshaft via a clutch. The crankshaft rotates the connecting rod to operate the slide block. The number of strokes per minute and the motion curve of the slide block are fixed. The press can be divided into the frame section, working section, control section, and transmission section, with all components installed on the frame. The stamping machine belongs to the general-purpose press for sheet metal stamping, capable of performing various cold stamping processes such as punching, bending, and shallow drawing.

2.Scope of Application: 

The uses of stamping machines are very extensive, mainly for plate processing. Through the application of molds, various shaped components can be produced, suitable for multiple industries such as electronics, automotive, electrical appliances, furniture, construction, packaging, and more. Stamping production primarily targets plates, and through molds, it can accomplish processes such as blanking, punching, forming, deep drawing, trimming, precision stamping, shaping, riveting, and extrusion, widely applied in various fields. For example, switches and sockets, cups, bowls, cabinets, plates, computer cases, and even missiles and aircraft among many other components can all be produced using stamping machines and molds.
