1.Machine Principle: 

Universal Roll-type Hydraulic Sheet Rolling Machine used for rolling plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, or conical shapes at room temperature. The upper roll can move vertically and horizontally. Vertical displacement of the upper roll is achieved through hydraulic transmission, while horizontal movement is achieved through mechanical transmission.

By moving the upper roller horizontally, it achieves non-symmetric positioning relative to the lower roller to realize the pre-bending of the plate ends. When rolling, the machine is driven by an electric motor and a reducer to drive the two lower rollers. Since the height of the lower roller remains constant, it facilitates feeding and operation. The flipping frame adopts hydraulic flipping. Controlled by a PLC programmable display for digital operation, it ensures easy and intuitive operation. The combination of fixed disturbance compensation of the upper roller and variable disturbance compensation of the lower rollers support roller effectively overcomes the impact of disturbance deformation, improving the straightness of the product.
